 Advisor and researcher in the field of university-college-enterprise cooperation and lifelong learning nominated since 2014 by EACEA as an Erasmus+ Higher Education Reform Expert. Vitaly Kopnov is a certified Professor in Quality Management and Doctor of Engineering. He is skillful in conducting and managing R&D projects on strategic development, quality assurance, and pedagogy in VET and HE. From 2009 to 2013, he was working as an expert in control and automatics of the Russian Federal National Accreditation Agency. In 2013, he was a coordinator of the project “Introduction of educational standard on Entrepreneurship” at the Ural Federal University. In 2014-2015, he was a coordinator of the project “A social portrait, values and needs of the Russian VET trainer” successfully completed under supervision of the Ministry of Education and Science of RF. Now he is a university coordinator of the two projects “Piloting ECVET to the national VET system of Russia and Uzbekistan / RUECVET” and “European policy and practice of Work-Based Learning in Vocational Education and Training”. Vitaly Kopnov is one of the authors and teachers of the continuous professional development course on ECVET implementation in Russia.The expertise areas are Management, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.

 Maria Dremina is a PhD holder in sociology, an Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Entrepreneur and Founder of Eniostuduio. She was a regional director of the Research Foundation SVOD of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences and later a regional director of International Academy of Public Relations in Udmurt Republic.  She is a repeated winner of several international and national PR and branding championships. Under her supervision, several curricula for adults with work-related activities were developed for teachers of HE and VET institutions in the field of art, public relations and brand management. Now he is a university team member of the two projects “Piloting ECVET to the national VET system of Russia and Uzbekistan / RUECVET” and “European policy and practice of Work-Based Learning in Vocational Education and Training”. Dr. Maria Dremina is one of the authors and teachers of the continuous professional development course on ECVET implementation in Russia.

 Dina Shchipanova is a PhD holder in psychology, an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology of Education and Professional Development of RSVPU. She was a Coordinator of a number of research projects of Institute of Psychological and Pedagogical Education of RSVPU.  Since 2010 she has been a designer of studyprogrammes, curricula and courses of undergraduate and graduate levels (ECTS) as well as curricula and courses for vocational teachers and trainers.Now she is a university team member of the project “Piloting ECVET to the national VET system of Russia and Uzbekistan / RUECVET”. Dr. Dina Shchipanova is one of the authors and teachers of the continuous professional development course on ECVET implementation in Russia.

 Marina Nikiforova is a PhD in philology, an English teacher at the College of Electric Energy and Machine-Building of Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University and Associate Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages and Business Communication of Ural State Mining University.Marina’s research interest lies in the field of political linguistics, discourse studies, and foreign language teaching.Now she is a university team member of RUECVET project, one of the authors and teachers of the continuous professional development course on ECVET implementation in Russia.

Olga Shmurygina is a PhD, an Associate Professor at the Department of Law. She is a member of research projects dealing with the evolution and development of higher education in RF, its institutional perspectives, and practice of development and implementation of education policies in accordance with Bologna and Torino processes at various levels of VET teachers education. Olga Shmurygina is one of the developers of the concept of the distance learning and e-learning in the Russian State Vocational Pedagogic University for VET teachers and trainers. Since 2010 she has been a developer of a number of curricula and courses for professional development of adult vocational teachers and trainers at workplaces.

Now she is a university team member of the two projects “Piloting ECVET to the national VET system of Russia and Uzbekistan / RUECVET” and “European policy and practice of Work-Based Learning in Vocational Education and Training”. Dr. Olga Shmurygina is one of the authors and teachers of the continuous professional development course on ECVET implementation in Russia.
