Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK) dates back to 1779 and it is the centre of higher surveying education in Russia and the largest educational institution of this type in Europe. Since 2008 P9 has started process of integration into EHEA. Introduction of Bologna principles and design of training programmes in line with Bologna has become one of the key directions of the University further development. Nowadays more than 5000 students and post-graduates get education at 16 faculties with the degrees: BA, MA, PhD, and Doctor of Science providing by over 470 academic teachers (68 professors). P9 delivers in English a “Master program in Land information system and administration”. During the last years historically traditional academic mobility has decreased and P9 is interested in development of both incoming and outgoing academic mobility. The intern developing plan of the University in the field of Internationalisation coincides with the domain covered by the proposed project.
