|Ms. Connie Livori Bonici Monpalao is a Curriculum Coordinator at the Malta College of Arts Science and Technology (MCAST) as well as a part time lecturer/trainer. She has been working with MCAST since 2012, where she started working within the Quality Assurance Department and from there, she moved to the Curriculum Department where she has been ever since. Her role in this department is working with the Curriculum team to cater for the MCAST Curriculum as well as build a bridge with the various Colleges and Institutes within MCAST. Some of her main roles are, with the Curriculum Director, participate in meetings to discuss and build structures for Qualifications within MCAST, as well as reviewing the MCAST full-time, Part-Time and Ad Hoc industry requested Qualification and Courses that pass through the MCAST umbrella.
Ms. Livori Bonici Monpalao has also participated in various ESF projects that the College has participated in, amongst which are the Final Conference of ECVET in Malta, as well as was the reviewer and accreditation expert of the ESF Project that saw MCAST transitioning to home grown courses.

|Joshua Bugeja graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Computing from the University of Malta. He joined MCAST as an assistant lecturer after a brief stint as a network security software developer with a local company. In his early years at MCAST he was lecturing Information Technology to aspiring technicians and engineers. Subsequently he read for a Master of Science in Computing from the Liverpool John Moores University. He has also graduated with a Postgraduate Certificate in Vocational Education and Training from the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST).
Joshua is currently responsible for delivering software development and database related units as well as coordinating the Information Technology key skill subject within MCAST. He is also involved in a number of roles at MATSEC, namely chairperson of the Vocational SEC IT subject as well as board member for the Applied, Intermediate and Advanced IT subjects.
On a personal level he has been involved in a number of projects related to the hospitality and entertainment industries. These include web development, ticket management systems, registration systems and networking infrastructure.

|Kenny Muscat graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Integrated Product Development from the University of Malta. He has also graduated with a Postgraduate Certificate in Vocational Education and Training from the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST). Kenny is currently reading for an MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. Following a three year experience as a Process Engineer in an international manufacturing company Kenny joined MCAST as an Assistant Lecturer
In his early years at MCAST he was mainly lecturing Mathematics and Product Development to aspiring technicians and engineers. Eventually Kenny moved into management where, as a Deputy Director, he was responsible for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and eventually for the Learning Support Unit within the Curriculum Department. Besides the day-to-day running of the department, Kenny is actively involved in the delivery of Maltese, English, French, Italian, German and Spanish as foreign languages, providing a more meaningful learning experience to foreigners studying at MCAST, VET teacher training and in the delivery of MCAST vocational programmes in compulsory education in Malta. He is also a technical expert in the RUECVET project.

|Dr Nadia Maria Vassallo is currently Director of Curriculum at MCAST. She has graduated as a teacher in 2001, has taught across all levels and areas of Compulsory and Post-Secondary education. Dr Vassallo continued her Maters studies and specialised in the area of Family Literacy with the University of Sheffield. Nadia has been working within different roles in a VET setting since 2010. Within her current remit, Dr Vassallo is managing the curriculum Department, the Key Skills Department and the Learning Support and Inclusive Education Departments of the College. Dr Vassallo is also a member of faculty of the Teacher Training Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma and Masters Programmes where she teaches, Sociology in Education, Psychology in Education, Policy in Education and Curriculum Design.|
